A free paycheck planner that budgets by payday
Most budget apps think in months, but bills don't wait for the end of the month and neither does your rent. If you're paid every two weeks, every week, or twice a month, the real question is simpler: which bills does this paycheck have to cover before the next one arrives? The Money Reset Paycheck Planner answers that in a few seconds.
Type your take-home pay, your next payday and your monthly bills with their due days. The planner lists your next paychecks and assigns every bill to the latest payday on or before its due date. Each paycheck shows its bills, any savings you set aside, and what's left. Paychecks that come up short are flagged in red, and tight ones (less than 10% left) in amber, so you can move a due date, trim spending or plan ahead before it happens.
You can also add a savings goal to see how much to put aside from each paycheck to hit it by your date, and list your debts to see the total, your monthly minimums, and both the snowball (smallest balance first) and avalanche (highest interest first) payoff order. Minimum payments drop into your paycheck plan automatically.
There's no sign-up and no tracking. Your numbers stay in your browser on your device, and you can export a backup file at any time. The app works offline and can be installed on your phone's home screen like a regular app.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Paycheck Planner really free?
Yes. Every feature in the app is free, with no account, no ads and no trial. We also sell optional spreadsheets on Gumroad if you want a full-year plan, but the app has no paywall.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your own browser on your own device, using localStorage. Nothing you type is sent to us or anyone else. Use Export backup to save a copy or move it to another device.
How does it decide which paycheck pays a bill?
Each bill is assigned to the most recent payday on or before its due date. If rent is due on the 1st and you're paid on the 30th, the 30th paycheck covers rent.
Does it work for weekly and twice-a-month pay?
Yes. Choose every week, every two weeks (biweekly) or twice a month (semi-monthly, with the two pay days you pick).
Can I use it offline or install it?
Yes. After your first visit it works without internet. On Android or desktop Chrome use Install app; on iPhone tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
